Pinch Transport's Sand Hauling Division at our Midland, TX Terminal is seeking Owner-Operators (Power-only; to be Leased under Pinch's Authority) to haul sandboxes (frac sand) to hydraulic fracturing wellsites in the Permian Basin (West Texas oilfield areas). OWNER OPERATOR PERKS:
❖ Pinch is contracted directly with SandBox Logistics (Paid off a split from the original rate)
❖ Flexible Schedule/Rotation (preferred days off)
❖ Low touch delivery, easy work
❖ Fuel Card provided with Fuel Discounts
❖ No Fee/Charge for Chassis Usage
COMPENSATION:
❖ 80/20 split (80% of the rate paid to Owner Operator Truck)
❖ Paid per load | $18,000-$25,000+ monthly to the Leased-on Owner Operator's truck

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS:
❖ Valid U.S. Class A CDL and Medical Card
❖ 2-Years of verifiable Tractor-Trailer experience from U.S. Employers
❖ Acceptable driving record (MVR/PSP report) and Background Check
❖ Sand hauling Experience Preferred
❖ PEC Safeland Training Card Required
